How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

US – Canada and normal Location Shipping Fee: 20$ by Fedex/ EMS (DHL is not working now)

Other remoted Location Shipping Fee: $30 – $60 by Fedex/ EMS

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-10 days).

Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing Time: 3 – 5 business days (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

Shipping Time: Estimated time of delivery: 7-10 days

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We cannot ship to BO boxes. Please give us your home or company address.

Will I be charged Custom fee?

Normally you will not have to pay the custom fee because we declare the product value in low price.

But depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies or if they ask you to provide document please contact us.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 business days, please contact us.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
